Let’s get out and tie dye! This is a fun way to learn the basics of tie dying. Each participant will learn about the dye process and folds as they create their own shirt to take home. All supplies including shirts will be prepared and provided. The process should only take about 30 min. and participants will take their bound and dyed shirt home to rinse with a full list of instructions on the process. If anyone wants to tie dye more at home, all supplies used in the class are available for purchase at Preston Arts Center Louisville.

Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults do not need to pay unless they want to tie dye too. Space is limited to 5 people in order to ensure proper and safe distance. Everyone attending must have a face mask. The Carriage House studio has a garage door that will be open in addition to all other doors, giving us an open air shelter to work in.

Registration will close 24hrs before the class in order to prepare the appropriate amount of materials.
